Group skills training with Kavana Tree Bressen. This session on Boundaries covers topics including: -- Tuning into how you feel, what you need, and your personal “bubble” -- Using energy, body language, tone and words to set the boundary where it’s needed -- How to set and maintain a group container, including responding when damage occurs Participatory, in-person workshop.
