About This Event
Join us on Mondays for a weekly peer-led meditation session. This could be a great place to explore different practices whether you’re weary about meditation, love it, or fall somewhere in between. Bring your curiosity and intentions! Location: Duck Nest Wellness Center in the Rec Day: Mondays, Weeks 2-10 Time: 3:00pm-3:45pm Cost: Free Week 2: Mindfulness Week 3: Loving-Kindness Week 4: Visualization Week 5: Sound Bath Week 6: Vipassana Week 7: Chakra Week 8: Mindfulness Week 9: Visualization Week 10: Sound Bath Registration is appreciated, but drop-ins are also welcome based on space availability!
